Tonight: Hobbies

Well, if I’m going to talk about what I do in my free time, you have to know that I don’t have much free time. I’m a hyperactive person (maybe I don’t look like, but I am!), and I’m doing things all the time. Even when I’m sleeping I’m dreaming that I’m doing a lot of things, like chasing bunnies or killing vampires with pencils (I guess I’m sick…).  Well, that’s not the point. I’m moving all the time. That’s why I began to play drums.

I always loved the music, and I already played piano, but I felt it wasn’t enough. I wanted something more, and... That’s my story.

My favourite activity, as you maybe guessed, is playing music. I spend many time on it, but since I began to live in Santiago (and the classes started), I just stopped playing. A reason may be that my instruments are on my home in Talca...

I’m experimenting all the time. I’m thinking all day on what to do, or what I want to play, etc. At the age of 6 I began with a little keyboard. I didn’t play any song. I just used that as a toy, but when the years passed, I took it more serious. I bought a new keyboard (bigger than the old and prettier) and I began to play the song that I used to listen. My musical preferences changed, and I decided to learn how to play the drums, ‘cause I thought that it would help me to release all my energy. 

Currently, I play frequently the same instruments than four years ago, but if you ask me to play a song in something like... guitar, maybe bass. I can do it. I just have to learn the song and I’ll be playing the next day.

I don’t have the space to tell you all the groups that I like (I have early 740 discs on iTunes), but there’ll be time for it in the future.
