What am I gonna talk about today? The answer is: "Movies"
This is not my favorite movie, but I think is one of the most epic films of the 70's. It doesn't haves great special effects, or an internationally known cast, but it's... just awesome. I'm talking about "The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes". It is a 70's cult film directed by John de Bello, and is a spoof of “B Movies”
This movie opens with a message that says, when Hitchcock’s film “The Birds” was released, the public laughed about the idea of a birds revolting against the humanity, but when a situation like that really happened in 1975, nobody laughed. Then, there are a series of attacks perpetrated by tomatoes (including a man dying by drinking tomato juice made from a killer tomato). The movie ends with a carrot that rises from the ground and says "All right, you guys. They're gone now."
Here's a trailer of the movie:
Enjoy!
